1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with any programme enrolment confirmation.
• "Company" / "We" / "Us" means Everlyn Mosvar, operating from 3 Jalan Changkat Semantan, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• "Participant" / "You" means any individual who enrols in or enquires about a programme, or uses this website.
• "Programme" means any of the educational programmes offered by Everlyn Mosvar, including Keeper's Log, Chart Reading, and Long Watch.
• "Content" means all study materials, workbooks, recordings, and documents provided as part of a programme.
• "Site" means the website at everlynm.pro.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site or enrolling in a Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site or enrol in any Programme. Enrolment constitutes acceptance of these Terms. You must be at least eighteen years of age to enrol.

3. Nature of Services

Everlyn Mosvar provides financial education programmes only. Nothing in any programme, material, session, or communication constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or any form of licensed financial service. Educators are not licensed financial advisers and do not hold capital markets services licences. If you require licensed financial advice, you should consult a registered financial planner or adviser.

We make no representation about the financial outcomes of any individual who completes a programme. Understanding of financial concepts does not constitute a recommendation to take any particular financial action.

4. Enrolment and Access

Programme enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the full programme fee. Access to materials is granted following enrolment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion. Participant access to materials is for personal, non-commercial educational use only and may not be shared with third parties.

5. Payment Terms

Programme fees are as listed on the Site at the time of enquiry. Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of all materials unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full prior to programme access. We accept payment via methods published on the Site.

Refund policy: Requests for a full refund submitted within seven calendar days of enrolment confirmation, and before accessing more than the introductory session, will be considered. After this period, refunds are at our discretion. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].

6. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information at enrolment
• Use programme materials for personal educational purposes only
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any programme content
• Behave respectfully toward facilitators and other participants in any group sessions
• Not record group sessions without the prior written consent of all parties

7. Intellectual Property

All programme content, workbooks, recordings, written materials, and website content are the intellectual property of Everlyn Mosvar. We grant participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own personal educational purposes during and after the programme. No licence is granted for commercial use, redistribution, or reproduction in any form without written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Programmes are provided on an "as-is" educational basis. We do not warrant that the content is free from error, or that it reflects the most current market conditions at all times. Content is reviewed annually but market conditions change continuously. Participants should verify current information from primary sources before making any financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Everlyn Mosvar shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of our programmes or materials, or from any financial decisions made by participants. Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that participant.

10. Programme Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any programme with reasonable notice. In the event a programme is cancelled by us after enrolment, we will offer a full refund of the programme fee paid. We shall have no further liability in such circumstances.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith discussion between the parties. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site or enrolment in programmes after the updated date constitutes acceptance.
